1.) Download the mIRC client. www.mirc.com
2.) Install the program, and run it.
3.) Click irc://irc.deltaanime.net:6667/CoBe-InMates or copy and paste into your address bar.
4.) Accept the server and channel change. (If prompted.)
5.) To register your nick, type /msg nickserv register <password> <email>.
6.) You're pretty much done. Just remember that whenever you close mIRC and return to the room again, you will need to type /msg nickserv identify <password> to get your voice again.
